Read aloud to children in a clinic waiting room As little as 30 minutes, once a month Model reading techniques for parents Show that reading is fun! Conduct a Book Drive Collect new or gently used books from various places such a s scouts, neighborhoods, schools, party celebrations Fundraising / Donations Through work, bake sales, party celebrations, sports events Tax-deductible Contribution Your cash or in-kind donation may be tax-deductible Start a Book Drop-off Site Set up a bin at your office, school or local grocery store for continuous collection of books Why Volunteer?
